About Me
Hello, I’m Jahaan Khurana – a B.Com graduate from the University of Delhi, born and brought up in Delhi. My journey into the food and beverage industry wasn’t something that happened overnight. It started early, shaped by curiosity, hard work, and a constant urge to create something of my own. It was driven not just by ambition, but by a deep curiosity and a hunger to create something meaningful.
F&B Experience
My global exploration from South Africa to China, and Doha, opened my eyes to the diversity of street food and flavors. Inspired by this, I launched Roti Aur Boti in 2009. While the first outlet didn’t succeed, I kept going. By 2013, the brand had grown to 10+ outlets.
In late 2016, I co-founded 6 Pack Momos – a game-changing concept for Delhi. With a state-of-the-art machine producing 10,000 momos per hour and over 250 varieties, it quickly became the talk of the town.
In 2019, I introduced The Rolling Plate (TRP) – a unique, cloud kitchen-based model designed to scale food brands without dine-in space. To make the model even more accessible, we launched a B2B franchise model, enabling entrepreneurs to join the movement.
